Locating the "High-Priority" Comment Box
Every client record in the Codect Case Management System has the option to add a comment that can serve as a notice to other users.
This is a useful way of communicating special needs or issues with a client.
To add or edit a comment, click the Edit button on the client's person page (underlined in red).
And then fill in your comment in the text box at the top of the client's edit page.
