Uploading Client Files

Codect provides the ability to store scanned client files as a supplement to the Case Note tool.

Files are classified using one of seven built-in document types.

Once uploaded, files are listed along with any other client case notes.

And they can be viewed and edited like any other Case Note in Codect, as well as downloaded.

Security Considerations

Since we expect many uploaded files to contain sensitive personal information, Fulcimus has designed this feature to seamlessly encrypt all uploaded files. Downloading likewise seamlessly decrypts any selected file so that the original can be viewed or shared.
