Edit User

 From the “User Management” screen, click the Username/Email of the person you wish to edit.

Click “EDIT ACCOUNT”

 Edit the information you wish to change and click "UPDATE"

  • Allows for an administrator to change the first name, last name, phone number and job title of an existing user. (**NOTE Email address is a unique identifier and cannot be modified once created. If a user account was incorrectly created, delete the account and re-create with the correct email address)
  • Administrators have the ability to disable (or enable) a user account. For security purposes, terminated staff should be deactivated immediately upon termination.
  • If a user has had 5 unsuccessful login attempts their account will be locked until an administrator has reset their account by unchecking the “Account Locked” checkbox.
  • The user’s access level can also be modified using the Account Permission selector.
